A custom dieline was designed in-house to accommodate the intricate structural requirements of the package, including eight individual inserts. To ensure performance, two fully functional prototypes were developed, printed, and rigorously tested, verifying both structural integrity and the secure containment of the product during transit.

This project required the coordinated production of two distinct sheets, each printed, die-cut, folded, glued, and seamlessly assembled to create the finished unit. This sophisticated build was completed on a tight timeline, with an initial run of 750 units produced, assembled, and shipped, all within just three weeks from project initiation.

These kits, used for wine analysis and testing, were successfully delivered to Scott Labs for distribution to wineries, professional testing rooms, and consumers via their direct-to-consumer online storefront.
